I am in my 7th year as an IBCLC. My initial interest in lactation began with having twins 11 years ago. I had always been passionate about breastfeeding, and I was determined to nurse my premature twins. Shortly after having them, I decided this was the career I wanted. I absolutely love working with new moms/parent's and babies, it brings me great joy. It is a very rewarding profession. I feel honored to be a part of a new mom and baby's journey.
Megan Johnson | IBCLC
Megan is a boy mom. 3 boys ranging in ages from 23-10. With each kid she had different struggles with breastfeeding. This led her down the path of becoming an IBCLC. She completed her coursework through ASU, and clinical hours through AZ Breastfeeding Medicine and Wellness under the guidance of Dr. Cara Riek. Megan is very passionate in helping parents maneuver the ups and downs of feeding and getting all involved set up to meet their goals.
